Get it in Writing

Most district staff members mean well and would never intentionally try to trick you or lie to you. But, they are busy and often overworked and can very easily forget what was discussed! I like to follow up phone calls or in person meetings with an email recapping what was said. And always always always ask for a prior written notice (PWN) if a service is denied or taken away!
